Quotations & orders

A quotation is an invitation to order, valid for the period stated (typically 14 days). An order is binding once you accept the proforma invoice and we confirm it. Product specifications, certifications, payment and delivery terms are those set out in that document.

The text, images, logos and design of this website are the property of BH WOODLAND CO., LTD and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

We take care to keep website information accurate but do not warrant it is error-free, and accept no liability for decisions made solely on website content. Our liability for any order is governed by the sales contract for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Commercial disputes are handled per the dispute-resolution clause of the relevant sales contract.
