Sample Pre-Shipment Inspection Report

What you receive with every container — dimension check, moisture content, glue bond test, face appearance, container loading photos.

Every container is inspected before it leaves the mill, and you receive a pre-shipment inspection report with photos before goods are sealed. This page explains our 6-step QC process and shows a sample report so you know exactly what arrives.

The 6-step pre-shipment QC process

  1. Book the inspection — QC is scheduled two working days before the planned loading date, so any issue can be corrected before the container is sealed.
  2. Define the checklist — dimensions, thickness tolerance, moisture content, glue-line bond, and face-appearance grade against your approved sample.
  3. Inspect at the mill — our QC team (and your third-party inspector, if appointed) checks panels off the production stack, not a prepared display.
  4. Test the glue line — for WBP plywood we run a boil test on random samples; the bond must hold with no delamination.
  5. Record and photograph — every measurement and a photo set (face, edge, stamp, loaded container) go into the report.
  6. Release or hold — only a passing lot is cleared for loading; a failing lot is reworked or re-graded before it ships.

Third-party inspection

You are welcome to appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your own agent. We coordinate mill access and timing, and our in-house report is provided regardless — so you always have a documented record before you release the balance payment.
