Ordering & pricing
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
One 40HC container per product line. For mixed loads we can combine product lines into one container to reach the minimum — ask and we will work out a combined loading plan.
How are your prices quoted?
In USD per cubic metre (m³), on CFR or CIF terms to your nominated port. The quote states the loading quantity per container so you can see the landed cost per sheet.
How long is a quote valid?
14 days. Rubberwood veneer prices move with the rubber-tree harvest cycle, so we hold the quote for two weeks and re-confirm after that.
Do you offer OEM / buyer branding?
Yes. We can print your stamp on the panel and your label on the packaging, and ship under your brand. Minimums and artwork are agreed at order.
Samples & specification
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes — a free A4-sized sample cut from current production stock, shipped by DHL/FedEx. Allow about 3 days production plus courier time. You pay only the courier if you want an express account used.
Can you match a custom size or thickness?
Within our standard ranges, yes. Tell us the size, thickness, glue and grade and we route the order to the mill best set up for it.
What glue types do you offer?
WBP (phenolic, fully waterproof), MR (melamine, moisture resistant), and E0 / E1 / NAF low-emission options on request. The right glue depends on end use and destination regulations.
What moisture content do panels ship at?
Veneer ships at 8–12% and plywood typically ≤14%, checked at QC before loading.
Payment & terms
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard is 30% T/T deposit on signing the Proforma Invoice and 70% T/T against the B/L copy before the container sails. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000.
Who pays the bank charges?
Charges are split — you pay your (sender) bank, we pay the receiving bank.
Is a deposit refundable?
The deposit secures production capacity and material. If we fail to deliver to the agreed spec it is refundable; once production has started against your confirmation it covers committed cost.
Quality & inspection
How do you control quality?
In-house QC two days before loading: dimension check, moisture content, glue-line bond (boil test for WBP), and face appearance grade. You receive the QC report with photos before goods leave the mill.
Can I appoint a third-party inspector?
Yes — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own agent are welcome at the mill. We coordinate access and timing.
What if a shipment does not match the sample?
Document it with photos on arrival and contact us immediately. Because production is cut from the same stock as your approved sample, mismatches are rare, but we resolve genuine claims by replacement or credit on the next order.
Shipping, documents & customs
What lead time should I expect?
Roughly 14–21 days production plus transit. Total order-to-arrival is commonly 5–10 weeks depending on destination.
Which port do you ship from?
Cat Lai Port, Ho Chi Minh City, 80–110 km from our mill clusters.
What documents come with the container?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, ISPM-15 mark, plus market-specific certificates (SABER, ECAS, CARB, FSC, EUDR, CE) as required.
Do you handle the certifications for my country?
Yes. Tell us the destination at quotation and we confirm exactly which certificates apply and obtain them before the vessel arrives.
Can you ship to a port not on your transit list?
Almost certainly — the list shows common routes. Give us the port and we confirm transit time and freight.
